EXPLORER was built in Norway in 1976, Explorer is the perfect "little ship" for enjoying cruising experience in comfort, safety and style. Explorer's rich teak interior and tasteful decor will delight your sense of nautical tradition. In 1988 Explorer won the silver cup as the best power boat in show at the prestigious Newport Wooden Boat Show in Rhode Island. She appeared on both the cover PassageMaker Magazine and of Ocean Navigator Magazine which described her as " a yacht which may embody the dreams of every long-range power voyager"

MAIN SALON

The main salon features an "L" shaped leather settee with an adjustable height, custom mahogany table.  With the folding chairs, there is room for six to dine in comfort. 

There also a built-in buffet/sideboard, two large opening ports or windows, double "French" doors, a Sony 26" HD TV with DVD player, Sony stereo with 300 disc CD changer, iPod and Sirius satellite radio. 


STATEROOMS SUITES AND ACCOMMODATIONS

EXPLORER has five cabins to accommodate up to ten people.  Two master suites have queen berths; each one having its own private ensuite heads & shower.  There are also two additional guest cabins, each with two twin berths with an adjacent  head & shower that is shared by the two cabins.  In addition there is crew quarters in the forecastle with its own head and shower.  All cabins are fully heated and have 110 ac outlets for battery chargers, hair dryers, etc.
